Objective
The purpose of this announcement is to define the conditions for hiring a first-level controller to review Ecoacsa’s expense justifications associated with the Interreg Euro-MED Artemis project, of which Ecoacsa is a beneficiary partner.
Requirements for submitting proposals
The first-level controller (FLC) or auditor must be registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC), either individually or as a practicing partner of an auditing entity to which they belong.
The evaluation criteria for the proposals will be the price and experience in auditing tasks for EU co-financed projects. The proposal must include the total price for the five certifications that will be carried out throughout the project.

Selection criteria
For the selection of the first-level controller, the principle of best value for money will prevail, even if the proposal requests an amount different from the indicative budget as specified in this call.

Interreg Euro-MED project
The project Interreg Euro-MED project has a budget of nearly €3 million, 10 partners, and a duration of 33 months (from January 2024 to June 2026). 80% (€2.3 million) of the funding comes from Interreg funds, Interreg, while the remaining 20% comes from Mediterranean Action Plan (MAP) Barcelona Convention.
